GM Boosts Production Target of Chevy Volt By 50%

Today,President Barack Obama visited the Detroit-Hamtramck plant where GM is building its Volt. They announced they would increase 2012 production of the Volt by a remarkable 50 percent due to strong and increasing public demand.

A few comments:

The Volt has seriously made me consider buying American again. Too bad it's out of my price range.

Give it a few years and make sure they don't fall apart right after the warranty ends, Blues Brothers style.

Nice! The government owns GM, and they can issue those credits as well. Boy am I glad there's no conflict of interest here...
